GRILLS

Kamado Joe

If you cook a steak on any ceramic grills and all things being equal–it will taste the same. There are two important differences in Kamado Joe grills and other brands: Price and quality. Compared to the most popular brands, the average retail price of a Kamado Joe grill can be $100 or more below the cost of other top brands. Beyond price we use stainless steel, powder coated galvanized steel and bamboo for our hardware. Other brands use painted steel and cypress. It means that your Kamado Joe grill will look great for years to come.

Superb Boilmaster

Broilmaster owners know their grills offer more cooking options than their kitchen stoves. That’s why they spend so much time outdoors – Searing, Grilling, Broiling, Smoking, Slow Roasting, Indirect Cooking, and even Baking. Opt for a side burner to add Frying, Sautéing, Boiling, and Simmering to your culinary repertoire. Add the motorized rotisserie for perfectly roasted fowl, game, and roasts.

A Broilmaster offers more ways to control cooking temperature than any conventional grill – independent burner valves, 3-position cooking grids, 3-position lid prop, and the available Smoker Shutter. The Smoker Shutter acts like a set of stainless steel blinds positioned between your food and the burner below. Open the Smoker Shutter for conventional grilling and searing over high heat. Close the shutter for indirect grilling and smoking. Drippings burn off the shutters to produce flavorful smoke.

Firechief Furnace

Fire Chief Wood and Coal Furnaces are a fantastic option for anyone who wants to use the existing ductwork. The Fire Chief Wood and Coal Furnaces are capable of being used in conjunction with an existing furnace or stand alone by itself. All furnaces are constructed of high-grade, heavy gauge steel, and are continuously welded for maximum strength. The furnaces have cast iron grates that allow fine ash to drop into the ash pit and leave the hot coals in the firebox. The thermostatically controlled blower with optional filter box delivers warm air, reducing the cost of heating your home. The furnaces also have a water coil option that installs in the top of the firebox.

Fire Chief Wood and Coal Furnaces come in four sizes. The FC300, FC500, FC700, and the FC1100.The furnaces put out 80,000 to 200,000 BTU’s with 4.00 to 11.00 cubic ft fireboxes respectively. The secondary combustion chamber in all units increases fuel efficiency while re-burning smoke and wood gases before they are vented up the chimney. The high capacity three speed blower will operate at 1150, 1500, and 1800 CFMs. When the thermostat calls for heat a small fan turns on and blows air into the firebox. The “blast” effect speeds up combustion inside the firebox so hot air is able to be delivered throughout your duct system. When the thermostat turns the furnace off, a small cast iron air control allows the fire to breath at a slow pace thus conserving fuel.

Backed by a lifetime warranty on the castings and grates you can be sure that choosing a Fire Chief furnace will bring you years of wood heat to your home.
